John also sits on the board of a portfolio of other businesses including EDM and Bargain Booze and is a trained chartered accountant Peter Quinn – Co-Founder, Executive DirectorPeter co-founded M2 in 1992 being an integtral part of the historic business growth and is helping develop the future business development whilst holding a series of other entrepreneurial investments John Taylor – Chief Executive OfficerJohn has held many senior positions across Finance, Operations and Sales in managed service businesses. John joined M2 in 2009 from Lex where he was a main board director, of the £1.2bn turnover business having helped drive its growth fourfold over the previous 10 years. John Higham – Finance DirectorJohn joined in 2006 having held a series of board positions in private equity backed businesses and originally started his career with PWC Damien Baker – Operations DirectorDamien joined M2 in 2010 after holding a series of senior roles within support services businesses with specific expertise in change management, IT and continuous improvement methodologies Paul Hamilton – Sales DirectorPaul joined M2 in 2006 after a series of senior sales roles within the industry and other service related businesses and is responsible for all sales development across all divisions Vikki Smith – Customer Experience DirectorVikki's former experience includes sales support and CRM, ecommerce development, customer implementations and recovery programmes. She also led several merger and integration programmes. At Lex Autolease, Vikki was responsible for the customer experience strategic direction. This involved design and implementation of the account management, customer service and operations approach to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Joe Gallagher – Business DirectorJoe has worked for 20 years in the document solutions industry, including several years at Xerox before setting up his own business in 1996. His business grew organically to £13.5 million turnover, employing 50 people before being acquired by Bytes Technology Group in 2006. |
